Final Moments

In this series of images insect individuals are portrayed on the site of their death. Photographed from underneath, the pictures give an impression of what the final moments of their lives must have looked like from their point of view. The simple shift of camera-perspective draws attention to the unnoticed tragedies that occur in our urban environment.
